1. After cleansing, pour an appropriate amount into the palms of your hands or onto a cotton pad.

2. Gently pat the toner onto the face and neck, or wipe outward using a saturated cotton pad.

3. Continue patting until the product is fully absorbed.

4. Use morning and night (AM/PM) as the first step of your routine before applying serums or moisturizers.
