Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Location
- We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally outside these regions at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Canada: Flat rate of $10 CAD on all orders under $70 CAD. Free shipping on orders over $70 CAD.
- United States: Flat rate of $24 USD on all orders under $150 USD. Free shipping on orders over $150 USD.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 3 - 5 business days (depending on your location)
- United States: 3 -10 business days.
Order Tracking
- All orders include a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Delays
- Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier delays.
- We are not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you track and resove any issues.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
